Offshore Banking with a Swiss Bank Account and Nevis LLC

Return to 121. Any corporation which has transferred its domicile into Nevis
foreign pursuant to this Part XIII may return to the Foreign Domicile by
jurisdiction filing with the Registrar of Companies a Certificate of Departure
pursuant to sections 111 and 112 of Part XII of this Ordinance.
Such application shall be accompanied by a certified resolution of
the directors of the corporation authorizing such withdrawal.
